Rock salt mine
Dongyangguang's rock salt mine is the rock salt mine of Jiangxi Lanhengda Chemical Co., Ltd. (i.e., the Lijiadong ore section of the Qingjiang rock salt deposit in Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province), which is located in the middle of the Qingjiang rock salt deposit. The designed production scale is 1.8 million tons per year.
Chlor - alkali chemical industry
The chlor - alkali chemical products of Dongyangguang are mainly used in fields such as new energy, petrochemicals, medicine, food, printing and dyeing, and metallurgy. Currently, it has an annual production capacity of 2.55 million tons (in terms of 100% purity) of sodium hydroxide, 440,000 tons of hydrochloric acid, and 200,000 tons of liquid chlorine.
Hydrogen peroxide
Dongyangguang's hydrogen peroxide products are mainly used in fields such as bleaching, medicine, and analytical reagents. The current production capacity of hydrogen peroxide is 270,000 tons per year.
Methane chlorides
Methane chlorides are divided into methyl chloride, dichloromethane, chloroform, and tetrachloroethylene. They are mainly used in the production of new refrigerants, and some are used in the production of pharmaceutical intermediates. Dichloromethane and tetrachloroethylene are also used as raw materials for fluorochemicals R32 and R125. Dongyangguang has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of methane chlorides (co - producing 33,000 tons/year of tetrachloroethylene).
Polyaluminium Chloride
Dongyangguang's polyaluminium chloride products have few impurities and high quality. They are mainly used in the water treatment field. Currently, the production capacity of polyaluminium chloride is 100,000 tons per year, including two types of products: polyaluminium chloride and polyaluminium ferric chloride.
Fluorochemical refrigerants
Dongyangguang's refrigerant products are mainly R32, R125, and R134a, with a total annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. They are sold in the form of containers, steel cylinders of various specifications, and aerosol cans, and are mainly used in household central air conditioners, household refrigerators, automobile air conditioners, and industrial refrigeration equipment.
PVDF
A PVDF production capacity of 25,000 tons has been established in Shaoguan, Guangdong, covering an area of approximately 310 mu. Since the promotion of our company's PVDF, it has been well - received by customers. Our company is a large - scale and technologically leading domestic enterprise engaged in the production and R & D of fluororesins.
Electronic special gases
As the second-largest consumable in the wafer manufacturing process, electronic specialty gases account for nearly 14%, second only to silicon wafers, and are widely used in process steps such as lithography, etching, film formation, cleaning, doping, and deposition. Our company's electronic specialty gas products mainly include nitrogen trifluoride, tungsten hexafluoride, hexafluorobutadiene, ammonia, etc., and adopt the production mode of liquid and bottled gases.
Wet electronic chemicals
Wet electronic chemicals are key electronic chemical materials for the wet - process manufacturing of integrated circuits, discrete devices, display panels, solar cells, etc. The wet electronic chemicals industry is connected to basic chemical raw materials at the upstream and the electronic information materials industry at the downstream. It requires ultra - high purity and has the characteristics of a large number of product specifications, small usage of individual varieties, rapid product upgrading, extremely high quality control requirements, and high requirements for the cleanliness of the production and usage environment.
