The diaphragm binders 2601/2602 are suitable for diaphragm coating. They have the characteristics of good particle size consistency, moderate swelling performance, good slurry stability, and high adhesion to the electrode sheet. 701 is produced by emulsion polymerization. It is a cathode binder specially developed for LFP power batteries, 3C digital products, and small-power applications. It has features such as high dispersibility, high solid content, high adhesion, and high flexibility. In particular, it has high applicability and can meet the processing requirements of different LFPs. 7110 is produced by suspension polymerization. It has a relatively high molecular weight and adhesion, and is suitable for systems such as LFP. 7210 is modified with polar monomers. It has good adhesion and anti-gel performance, and is suitable for systems such as NCM/NCA and sodium-ion batteries. 7220 has good flexibility and is suitable for the thick coating and winding process of the LFP system.
